Privacy Policy

Stutz Prep Shop ( dose not share customer information if any kind, including names, email addresses, addresses, credit card numbers, or any other personal information outside of the company under any circumstances. Your privacy on the internet is very important to us at Stutz. We thoroughly protect your privacy and that's why we have adequate technical, administrative and physical controls in place to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. We provide the option to encrypt all information you submit to us using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that helps protect your information during transport to our site.

Shipments and Returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

1. Stutz want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we guarantee the quality of our merchandise. We will gladly accept a return of sellable merchandise (original tags must not be removed) in original condition within 21 days of purchase date accompanied by the original receipt. (no worn item will be accepted for return).

2. If you believe that you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item (s) please contact us immediately at (570) 383-2997 within 7 days or receipt and you will receive a Return ID#

Please ship by courier of your choice and pay return postage. When sending the return item(s) customers are responsible for e=return shipping. Stutz will not be responsible for any lost and/or damaged incurred on return.
